Sweet BBQ Chicken

Another top pick of mine! And so easy to make.

This recipe is cooked in the oven. Ingredients are per pan of chicken, change the amounts per pan. I use cut thighs and/or legs mix.

Mix together the following:
1 Cup Brown sugar
1 TB Chili powder
1 TB Celery salt

Dip chicken in that mixture and put in baking pan in oven. Be sure to dip both sides. Broil chicken in oven for 6 minutes turn over and Broil an additional 6 minutes to baste mixture in meat. While broiling make up the following mix:

1 cup Water
1 cup Ketchup

Once chicken is broiled on both sides pour on the water/ketchup mixture and cook in oven at 350 degrees for around 45 minutes or until done.

Best side dish with it is mashed potatoes. Pour sauce from chicken mix on top. You will love this.
