Therma Cell

I just bought a Therma Cell to use this season. I'm still leary about it giving off a scent I hope it works like the advertizing claims, as it is hard to remain still while being the main course on the insect buffet

My wife and I have used a therma cell for the past 3-4 years. They work great as long as the wind isnt strong. We buy the bulk cartrige packs. A friend of mine had told me about them and he has killed plenty of deer while using the therma cell. We also hunt pretty high (30-40 feet) in a tree lounge so scent control isnt a big problem. But the therma cell doesnt put off much of an odor. I dont think that you would be able to detect an odor. any more than 4-5 feet away when hunting in a box stand. They WORK. INSTANTLY! I hope this answers your question.

Just thought I'd give an update on the Therma Cell. I used mine during bow season & it worked great. The small black gnats were giving me fits, but disappeared seconds after I turned it on.
